Summer is almost here, and we are excited to share our Summer Enrichment Programs along with the corresponding grade levels for participation. Families can simply scan the QR code or use the link on the flyer to access the sign-up form and learn more about each opportunity.

Summer Meal Program
The school year has ended, and the summer meal program is starting. Join us this summer for FREE meals for children under 18. Stop by, enjoy a meal, and share this post with families in our community. Meals are served June 8-30, 2026. Meals are provided for dine-in only. Carry out is not available. Breakfast is served from 8-9 am, and lunch is served from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.

We are excited to celebrate the end of a fantastic school year with a week full of fun spirit days! Students are invited to participate in our Spirit Week dress-down opportunities from May 26 through June 2.
Each day will feature a different theme.

Enchanted Backpack partners with principals and teachers to support needs beyond classroom supplies, including playground improvements, enhanced reading spaces, upgraded technology, and other innovative initiatives.
Through this year’s Adopt-a-School Program, Lincoln Elementary was awarded a grant to install digital signage displays throughout the school. These displays will enhance communication and increase student and staff engagement across the campus.
Additionally every single student received a drawstring bag with a few gifts inside for them as well.

$1 Dress Down Day
Exciting news, everyone! 🎉 On Friday, May 15, students can pay just $1 to dress down! All proceeds will go towards funding our PBIS activities. Remember, dress-down days are scheduled only on designated dates. Check out the flyer for all the details!

Lincoln ESD 156 hosted a fun and relaxing painting party to celebrate parents who participated in the parent workshops throughout the year. Parents enjoyed a morning of creativity, laughter, and fellowship while creating their own artwork together. The event was a wonderful way to show appreciation for their involvement and continued support of our school community.
We celebrated Mother’s Day with a beautiful morning filled with blooming tulips, warm tea, and heartfelt appreciation for all the amazing mothers and mother figures in our lives. Families enjoyed special performances by our talented students, including band, choir, and oral reading presentations.. We would also like to recognize Kaiyah Allison for her wellness session. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making this event so meaningful and memorable. Please enjoy the related photos from our celebration!
ISC4 Mentor/Mentee Celebration is an opportunity to recognize the meaningful connections, growth, and collaboration that have taken place throughout the program. Through guidance, encouragement, and shared experiences, mentors and mentees have built relationships that support personal and professional development while strengthening our community. We are proud to celebrate the dedication, commitment, and positive impact each participant has made along the way.

Congratulations to our Cal-Ridge Math Bowl participants on their outstanding achievement. The Math Bowl is an annual regional academic competition for elementary and middle school students in the Calumet City, Illinois area. It features fast paced, team based problem solving, with students representing schools from across the surrounding communities. The competition fosters mathematical excellence and collaboration while providing students the opportunity to challenge themselves alongside peers from other schools. We also extend our sincere appreciation to coaches Mrs. Sikorski and Mr. Duah for their dedication and exceptional leadership.
A Year of Wonder:
We had a wonderful time celebrating our Learning Fair, where students proudly showcased their projects and hard work. Families enjoyed hands-on STEM activities, along with fun raffles and prizes for everyone. It was a joyful event filled with learning, creativity, and community!
