Reading First Grant - 2003

Lincoln School recieved a grant through the federal No Child Left Behind Reading First program. The grant is designed to improve reading achievement in grades kindergarten through third by implementing a classroom reading program based on phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabular developement, reading fluency and reading strategies.
